Effective January 6, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CalmValley ClayWorks platform, website, courses, or any digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must create an account to access paid modules. Provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Purchases, Payments, and Pricing
All course purchases are final once payment is processed. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Access starts immediately after successful payment. We use secure third-party processors. Rejected payments void access.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if less than 25% of course content has been consumed. Contact [email protected] for eligible requests. No refunds for completed courses or digital downloads.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, templates, 3D models, and curriculum, is the exclusive property of CalmValley ClayWorks. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivatives without written consent. Completed student projects retain personal rights but grant us a license to showcase them for promotional use.
6. Acceptable Use and Conduct
Users agree not to upload malicious files, harass others, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or share access credentials. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action. We reserve the right to moderate community discussions.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee content accuracy or uninterrupted access. CalmValley ClayWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability does not exceed the amount paid within the last 12 months.
